You can submit your reimbursement request via the Easy Claim app from your smartphone or tablet. All you have to do is download the app and follow the steps under "Submit your claim" - no matter the amount of your bill.
All reimbursement requests are accepted with no upper limit, except for APRIL ASIA members:
US$400 in the Philippines
THB10,000 in Thailand
US$1,200 in Vietnam
US$2,000 for members under EasyCare, Southeast Asia or Worldwide
If your medical expense exceeds the limit, original documents will be required to complete your claim.
In order to submit a claim through the app, you must first ensure that you are eligible for this service.
If you paid for the policy but are not insured under it, you cannot use the Easy Claim app. For confidentiality and medical reasons, only the insured person can request reimbursement using their own email address to access the app.
Note for APRIL ASIA members: all members are eligible, but you won’t be able to submit a claim if:
Your date of treatment is outside your period of coverage.
You are a policyholder (payer of the premium) who is not covered under a health plan.
You can track your claims in the "Claims" section of the Easy Claim app or Member Portal.
You can add or update your bank account details for reimbursements directly in your Member Portal by following these steps:
Have your bank account details ready.
Go to the "Policy" tab and scroll down to "Bank Details".
Click "Add" and enter your bank account information.
Before saving, ensure the "Reimbursement" option is selected.
Note for APRIL ASIA members: Please contact us directly though our Contact Form.
You can download your reimbursement statements from your Member Portal by going to the "Claims" section and selecting any processed claim to access your Explanation of Benefits. Alternatively, you can download it from the Easy Claim app in the "Claims Progress" section.
