Log in to your Portal 

Click on the Area corresponding to your contract:

  • Access and download your documents (insurance card, insurance certificate, etc.).

  • Track your payments, download calls for contributions, and pay online if you are the policyholder.

  • Submit your claims, track their status and download your reimbursement statements if you are a beneficiary 

  • Access and modify your personal information

You can also use the Easy Claim app to access the same features!

Note for APRIL International UK :

The Customer Area is not available for these policies:

  • Long-term International Health Insurance Plan

  • Short-term International Health Insurance Plan

  • Student International Health Insurance Plan

  • Group International Health Insurance Plan

First connection to your Member Portal?

Make sure that your account was activated. This is a necessary step to be able to use your Customer Area and your online services.
