What is the maximum amount that can be paid using the Easy Pay Card?
Who should I contact if I have a question about the Easy Pay Card?
The Easy Pay card is a virtual payment card that allows you to pay for your expensive medical care, from anywhere in the world, without incurring any personal costs and seeking reimbursement.
Simply add the card to your Apple Pay or Google Pay and use it like any other standard virtual payment card in your digital wallet.
Once you've paid for your medical care, all you have to do is submit your receipt, together with any other supporting documents, within 24 hours.
You can use this card for expensive medical care covered by your plan. Please check your plan and ensure you keep within the limits of your benefits.
This card will only be issued by APRIL on presentation of an estimate justifying the need for the expenses and the high cost of them.
Note for APRIL International UK members: we will issue this card once we receive a medical report or letter from your treating doctor with a summary of the diagnosis/symptoms, recommended treatment or medical procedure, and estimated costs.
You must submit your supporting documents to us within 24 hours of using your card.
Simply log in to the APRIL Easy Pay portal and upload your documents there.
If you need help, you can refer to the User Guide that you were sent by email, or contact us at easypaycard@april-international.com

The cards are set up to be accepted only by healthcare professionals.
If your payment is declined, it might mean that the terminal used by your healthcare provider is not registered under the correct service, or that the amount of the transaction exceeds the limit on your card. Reasons for cards being declined can be found on the Easy Pay Card platform. If your card is declined, please pay your bill and request a reimbursement from us using the Easy Claim app.
