To take out a policy online, you will need to provide:
The bank details necessary for your reimbursements.
The bank details for the account you wish the premium to be deducted from (if you choose to pay in instalments by direct debit from an account opened in your country of origin).
Your credit card information.
If you are subject to medical formalities, please provide us with all the information (dates, treatments carried out, etc.) that may be useful for processing your application.

To take out a policy online, you must provide:
Personal information for all members to be insured including name, DOB, address and nationality
Details of your general physician/doctor (not mandatory)
Your credit or debit card information

You can renew your policy before it is set to expire by logging into your Customer Area.
You have until the last day of your cover to apply for a policy renewal. If your policy is terminated, please contact our sales department by phone at +33 (0)1 73 03 41 29 or by email at conseillers.expat@april-international.com. Alternatively, contact your insurance intermediary.
Note for APRIL UK members: You will be sent a renewal offer by email approximately four to six weeks before the expiry of your policy, which will be sent to the email address provided on your application form. You can contact us by telephone at +44 (0) 20 3418 0470 or by email at info@april-interantional.co.uk to update any of your details if they are incorrect, or if you wish to make any changes to your policy.
You must confirm by email that you wish to proceed with the renewal of your policy and arrange payment of your premium. If we already hold valid payment details for you, you just need to confirm by email that you wish to continue the cover.
Note for APRIL ASIA members: Generally, policy renewals for each country are automatic, but each country has a different procedure for changes to the renewal of a policy. Nonetheless, you will receive a notice of renewal before the end of your policy date, regardless of country. To find out more details about policy renewal, please refer to your Terms & Conditions.
You can download your invoices from your Customer Area by accessing the “My documents” section and then clicking on “My invoice”.
