- You are between 10 and 79 years old, inclusive.
- You are going on a Working Holiday Programme, a round-the-world trip, or any other long stay abroad.
- You are going to stay abroad for a period of 3 to 12 months.
The geographic cover zone is the area in which your benefits will apply. You can choose between 3 zones:
- Zone 1: Worldwide including USA
- Zone 2: Worldwide, including Canada, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, Monaco, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Switzerland (excluding USA)
- Zone 3: Worldwide outside of the countries listed in zones 1 and 2
Important: You will also be covered in your country of nationality for temporary stays of less than 90 consecutive days, but also for a cumulative period of 30 days outside the cover zone in case of accident or medical emergency. A number of countries remain excluded from cover.
Thanks to the Easy Claim app, you can select a healthcare professional in your area and claim your reimbursement directly online.
Simply take a photo of your receipts and submit them directly via the app. The reimbursement will be issued within a few days.

You can contact us 24/7 at the emergency numbers listed on your insurance card. Find it in your Easy Claim app and in your wallet. Our teams will contact the hospital in question directly in order to provide coverage (except in the case of a choice of supplementary cover for French Social Security).
