To access outpatient direct billing services, simply present your member card (available on your Easy Claim app) when visiting your chosen medical provider.
For scheduled hospitalisations or treatments, don’t forget to submit a pre-authorisation request through your Easy Claim app or complete an Advance Request Form and email it to provider.asia@april.com.
